New York-based vegan and cruelty-free brand Milk Makeup is finally coming to the UK in less than 2 weeks.

On January 28, all Milk Makeup products are going to be available exclusively at beauty retailer Cult Beauty.

The makeup brand announced on Instagram: “Hi UK, we’re coming for you! Do you fancy some Milk Makeup?”

“Head to insta stories to peep all the deets AND meet some of our UK Mob! (spoiler alert: we’re having a 2-day POP UP experience in London soon).”

Milk Makeup was already cruelty-free when it launched in 2016 as the brand does not test on animals. The brand has vegan options but decided to become more inclusive, ethical, and environmentally friendly by being 100% vegan in 2018.

“Veganism is the new focus in beauty, eclipsing the obsession with sulfates (and lack thereof), parabens (and lack thereof), pollution-eschewing skincare items, and even organic and natural fare,” said Amber Katz of Milk Makeup.

“At Milk Makeup, we make our products vegan because it’s a no-brainer: they’re friendlier to the earth; they’re friendlier to your skin, and they offer major payoff without any compromise.”

“We believe the ingredients you put on your skin really matter and we find safe synthetic and natural alternatives that have you covered in all the ways.”

“Even if you have yet to go vegan from a nutrition or even a fashion standpoint, there’s never been a better time to take a vegan approach to your makeup and skincare, because you’ll get the same, if not better quality and efficacy without compromising your values.”

For customers who can’t wait to get their hands on Milk Makeup products, the vegan makeup brand will open a pop-up shop in London’s Covent Garden on January 26 and 27 to let customers try out its full collection before the official nationwide launch.

Customers will be given an opportunity to test out all of the brand’s 100% vegan and cruelty products, have their makeup done by the brand’s makeup artists, and get their hands on the brand’s hero makeup collection Meet The Fam, which is available in minis and is only available in the 2-day pop-up.
