Man in critical condition after Brooklyn hit-and-run: NYPD

EAST FLATBUSH, Brooklyn — A person was critically injured in Brooklyn Wednesday evening when he was struck by a car as he obtained one thing out of his automobile, in accordance with the NYPD.
