Man arrested in Bronx stabbing of Eric Adams campaign volunteer: NYPD

MOTT HAVEN, the Bronx — Police on Friday arrested a person accused of stabbing a volunteer marketing campaign employee for New York Metropolis mayoral candidate Eric Adams on a Bronx sidewalk in June, the NYPD stated.

In accordance with police, Gary Oliver, 34, was arrested round 5:30 a.m. and now faces an tried homicide cost. He’s believed to be homeless.

Police had stated in late June they had been searching for Oliver and one other man in reference to the stabbing.
